The ‘Fractured Forms’ resulted from my PhD research into the relationships between visual imagination and the social brain. Fractured Form #1 examines compositional elements that are processed by different brain areas and networks in the construction and interpretation of an image, such as colour, form, material, and symbolic meaning.
